Unfortunately, three years ago our credit union sold our mortgage to CUSO. There have been repeated errors on their part and subpar customer service. For example, one time when I was verifying if an important email had gone through I was told by the agent, "I don't know, I'm awfully busy." Evidence of poor management and organization abound.
