Had her as a DRO for a conference case. Very unprofessional. She said many inappropriate things during the conference. It's too bad I can't get a record of what she said and she doesn't have to take any accountability for her actions. I would not hire her as a lawyer if she paid me. Stay far and clear from Joan Cushon.

Joan Cushon treated me worse than my ex husband she was argumentative unorganized and really didn’t care at all. I had a very very difficult divorce with parental alienation involved and her negligence cost me seeing my children for over 10 years now.
