Yesterday Went to Lincoln Glen apartment complex in Fremont CA (which is owned by Cushman & Wakefield) , and gave them a rundown of my situation. Not going to going to detail but basically I had a derogatory mark from a previous experience at an apartment and left a bad situation I asked would that impact me. And the lady basically said I had no chance of getting the apartment. Mind you this was without even looking at my credit. Inquired about a unit up for lease & was immediately turned down by Mr Jon DeCoite stating businesses like mine have been in his own words “fronts” for other purposes. I don’t know what he meant by that but I felt greatly offended & felt like this was very unprofessional as we have an established business & he shut us down using nothing but his own personal opinion. I would DEFINITELY not go through these people for any of my real estate needs horrible customer service.
