Please DO NOT rent from Cushman & Wakefield. We were negligently moved into a unit in our community that was contaminated with animal feces & urine from the previous tenant. It was 360° on the walls of our balcony and the smell permeated into our home. I asked for it to be professionally cleaned via pressure washing which was recommended to me by multiple contractors, but was denied as we live on the third floor. Our law firm was all set to sign a new office lease with Troy Lance and Amy Lance at Cushman & Wakefield in Las Vegas, but we decided against this when we experienced excessive delays in communication, errors with no attention to details, unfriendly servicing, and last adjustments to our terms after we had already reached an agreement. We were very disappointed!
