Awful experience at Winchester Place in East Providence. Signed lease, insurance and utilities. Marlina in the office got angry with me and said I could not rent there because I was complaining that I couldn’t right a personal check for the extra $500. Deposit. She said no and kicked me out. They owe me $550. And they will not give me my money back though Martina ripped up my virtual Lease. If she’s fired I will consider renting though your property management.
