Still waiting for action on open items in my building. Leaking roof, flooding landscaping and an in going bee issue.
This is a horrible company I've been trying for almost 2 months to get something resolved and no one returns the calls I've made in the last 2 weeks and the person I spoke to Jason well he has been no help whatsoever I wouldn't rate them at all
The level of incompetence at Villages at Lakewood in Ahwatukee is abhorrent! No amenities for over 2 years. Total Mud bogs in grass with standing water and mosquito's. Overflowing trash and recycle everywhere. Trees dying all the from lack of care. THEY ARE DESTROYING OUR HOME AND RAISING RENT!
Cushman and Wakefield clearly does not monitor its brokers well. Michael Kitlica is the worst broker we have come into contact with in the industry. His ability to kill a deal, talk down to others, bully, lack of flexibility, and lack of communication are his strongest attributes. After leasing space and interacting with Michael, we would steer clear of him at all possible costs.
