Ben Cushman saved my small business when we were sued by a disgruntled client who was refusing to pay for the work we had done. Throughout the process I was impressed by his skill, patience, and attention to detail. Getting sued was one of the worst things that had ever happened to me as a small business owner and I am so grateful that Ben was there to help.

Ben was so helpful to us! We’d just moved to the state....rented a house that was grossly misrepresented. Upon arrival, we found the house had maggots in animal feces soaked carpet...it was bad! The owner had sent pics from years ago when the home still looked good. Long story short...Ben got all of our money back (first, last & deposit) and got us out of the lease. He’s a nice guy that seems to actually care

The waitress came back twice asking about one order of 2 chicken enchiladas. 1. How many do you want? 2. What kind of meat do you want? Also, the fish is frozen battered and deep fried. Did not know this until my son got his meal. Fishsticks shouldn't cost $10.50. It was mediocre at best. My cheese enchilada was exactly that. A little cheese melted in the middle and on top and was very under stuffed. Sauce was fine just bland. Husband ordered a rellano and taco and only got the first item. All meals were over salted. If possible this rating should be a minus 5. Biggest rip-off ever. Why??? His advise was for his own pocket book and to swindle money from his clients. Definitely one of those lawyers you hear about with no integrity or working conscience. Three depositions at $37k that never made it to court but only served his own interest & pocket book. Nothing else needs to be said....
