We recently purchased cushions for outdoor seating both bench seats and fixed seating. The quality of the service was outstanding the whole way through the process and this matches the quality of the cushions delivered. Excellent quality, highly recommend the team and the Cushion Factory.
I chose cushion factory as they have a solid presence in Australia which is important if you order their product and opt for savings with the overseas manufacture. Although the product is quite expensive the professionalism and speed of service gave peace of mind and the covers were made exactly to my requested specifications arriving almost exactly 4 weeks after ordering and with constant updates from cushion factory on the progress and delivery.
