I’m absolutely thrilled with my custom-made mudroom cushion! The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and it turned out exactly as I’d hoped. I really appreciated that sample fabrics were sent beforehand so I could choose the perfect texture and colour. The regular email updates with tracking on the progress of my order were a lovely touch and made the whole experience smooth and personal. Highly recommend the Cushion Factory for their attention to detail and fantastic customer service!

Great professional service from choosing material with great experienced staff, payment, information on process of order and postage. We have redone 2 chairs and a lounge - 2 orders and everything was perfect. Great company and wonderful staff.

I recently had cushion covers made and was extremely pleased. The quality was excellent and they were exactly as promised and fitted perfectly. The lady where I brought them was so lovely and helped measure for me and ensure I had done everything correctly . The factory were also great and I loved how they sent you messages letting you know how everything was going. Excellent from start to finish will definitely use again and recommend.
