We purchased a 1950s vintage home and hired Matt Cusamano to put on an addition and remodel the entire home. We were in Indiana, and the house was in New Jersey, which could have been a big problem. We had a fire in our 7 unit townhomes. As a contractor in the industry, I will tell you that this job was exceedingly difficult. Working with the owners and insurance company, Matt worked very hard to accommodate all owners. He exceeded our expectations for the finished product was beautiful and the craftsmanship was excellent. Matt was always available for meetings and phone calls for all unit owners. He stayed with our job until it was complete. Matt is a hands on builder. I would hire Cusamano Builders without question.

Straight Shooter. Easy to work with. Did my kitchen/bath and flooring. Inside and out he does a very professional job. Good attention to detail and quality.

Matt just completed a major renovation for my organization. We were quite pleased with the result. There were no extra charges except for changes we initiated and Matt did a lot more than expected. The attention to detail was impressive. He was easy going and easy to deal wity..

Matt did major renovations and transformed our house into the dream home we envisioned. He is extremely professional and able to do every aspect of the work needed and his attention to detail is a major plus. Matt is also an excellent collaborator, who can share your vision and enhance it with some creative recommendations. We highly recommend Matt!

I rate Matt one of the best for several reasons. One, and this may seem unusual to have at the top, Matt shows up when he promises he will be there. And Two, once there he and his crew do excellent work. They have been professional in every way possible and work hard to make sure the job is done correctly, even if it takes more work than originally planned. I had Matt out to the house to discuss a Screen Porch project. Unlike some other contractors I had out he showed up as scheduled. He spent time discussing what was needed and honestly pointed out the pros and cons of the project. He clearly pointed out many of the difficulties that might be encountered. He also proposed some alternative solutions that might work and even save some cash. I appreciated his professional attitude, which was much improved over other contractors I have met with.
