The staff is so supportive and the people who go there have become good friend. Love the equipment, especially the stretching bar.
Well, I just finished my 3rd visit this morning and I am already loving the class. It is hard for me to get going, but once I start I am happy I did. I am going to continue this journey because it has already made me feel better than I have felt in a long time. Thank you Shirley and staff for your assistance in helping me to become stronger and healthier. And thank you to my son for guiding me to Curves.
I have been working out with them consistently for the past 2 months. I love it! I love that they are short circuits and manageable yet still effective workouts. After less than a month of going 3-5 times a week, I could really see a difference in my body. The new kickboxing class is my absolute fav! I've been a curves member for 10 years. This curves is very well kept up by Shirley, the owner. The staff is uniformly excellent plus they have been at the club for years. They are all very attentive to the members' needs. Highly recommend it.
