These people will do anything they can to scam you out of money. I wanted to cancel my membership, went in in person to talk about it, and they didn't cancel it. They say "it needs to be in writing", how does a face to face conversation not count? I hadn't been in for over 8 months, and was still paying the payments for the rest of my contract and they auto renewed it.
