I've been a member since 2005 and I love Curves! Mary and Cyndi really care about every member in order to improve and maintain a healthy body and lifestyle.
The ladies at Curves, Red Lion PA are AMAZING!!! It's a great place to start your New Year's resolutions and commit yourself to a healthy way of life. Can't wait for the new Jillian Michaels workouts to start!! 500 calories in a half-hour? yes please!!! Check out their great new location in Dallastown!!!
