I used to work at a curves. I like the idea of a circuit training workout and enjoyed the women-only camaraderie. With your membership, you can get a travel pass to other locations. You can even find some curves still open internationally
I highly recommend Lisa @Curves Columbia West. She is an awesome human being, professional, and empathetic. She tailors your needs to you. If anyone needs personal training in the Columbia area, I would highly recommend Lisa.
Fun workouts. Nice folks and very conscious about distancing, etc
