Does not meet my needs . There is no bicycle, no changing room, not meant for a full workout experience. Could use an update.
RecommendedI love going to Curves! Tina and Melissa are great coaches - friendly, encouraging, and supportive. The women who come in for their workouts are also supportive of each other and me. I am going through breast cancer for the second time and the love and support I feel is amazing! It means so much. Thank you, ladies, for all you give me <3.

Very encouraging community, friendly coaches and has an amazing atmosphere.
I love going to Curves! I can get an excellent workout in much less than an hour. Our coaches are very supportive and they ensure I use the equipment correctly. The facility is comfortable and welcoming and the members also support each other's efforts. Curves adds sunshine to a sunny day, and joyful peace to a cloudy, rainy, or snowy day!
Knee surgery had left me feeling unsure of myself and afraid of falling. I knew exercise would help but am surprised at how much stronger and more confident I feel after only 3 weeks of working out at Curves.
The quick, circuit workout at Curves works wonders!
Melissa, one of the trainers is great, always friendly and smiling.
