Gotta admit at first I thought this gym would be filled with lots of really old ladies. But the ages range from early 30’s up to young 80’s! Fun environment, love the different classes and support you receive there. Lots of women who are beautiful inside & out. Loving going here. Quick sessions that work up a sweat. Work as hard as you can, it’s a challenge for you only, not a comparison to others.
