I love it, it's only for women and I can workout without wearing my scarf in their, it's a closed room The trainers are very nice positive smily and welcoming 🌸 The parking is available, and yes you are going to see results 👍🏻
It's a good place to exercise &where there are a lot of friendly people .... been attending since March 2003...love it!
