Had the pleasure of meeting Bailey, she was super nice,well informed, and helpful . She made the workout enjoyable, so did the other members working out (: definitely judgement free zone and welcoming . They give you heart rate wrist bands and it shows your progress on the monitor so you see how many calories you burn and what your heart rate is. The workout is fun and goes quick (:
