This is a great place to workout. There are resistance machines that help different parts of the body. A good stretching program and friendly, caring people that make the workout fun. For me it is three fold, it gets me out of the house, good exercise and socialization.

The owners take very good care of the premises and the clientel are so friendly. It's a joy to work out here and see everyone. I also enjoy the Tai Chi classes. Highly recommend joining. You won't be disappointed. I always feel better after I have gone to Curves Wauwatosa!!
