A good daily workout and see old friends👍👍👍
Working out at Curves had made such a difference in my health. Suffering from degenerative arthritis means I have a lot of pain and flare -ups. Working out 2-3 times a week, has kept me able to move more freely and generally feel better . Pain level has decreased significantly. Denise and her staff are awesome and are so encouraging on those "down" days. Thank you for all of the caring and support.

I've never felt more comfortable exercising than I do at the Oroville Curves. I've been going to gyms much of my life. When I don't get there because of health reasons I really miss the people with whom I exercise and even the physical activity. Great place, great owner.
I've only been a member one month and dropped 6.23 lbs and 1 inch in my waist, 1 inch hips and 1 inch abdomen. It wasn't that hard to do.
A great place to exercise! Everyone is friendly and helpful!
