I joined the Dayton Curves in January with a goal of losing weight and becoming more fit. The Curves Complete food plan is very easy to follow and the food is delicious. I met my weight loss goal and feel better than I have in years. Jodi is able to keep me challenged by adjusting my training level and providing Zumba, body basics, boxing, and other classes. I highly recommend Dayton Curves.

Dayton's Curves is 'da bomb!!!! Jody makes sure she follows the Curves program, which works. The coaches are very attentive, friendly and helpful. After a year I still can get my form wrong and they just throw a hint and get you back on track so you get the best benefit and makes sure you don't hurt yourself. I have been to other Curves in CA and they don't follow the program and their people like to talk about the weather more than your fitness - so why go? But here in Dayton, it's all good.

Very friendly and helpful coaches. My new workout buddies are encouraging as well. I love the whole program!!! And most of all It works.

When I worked there it was a fun, energetic, happening place. Ladies were excited when lost weight, inches or were able to do something they hadn't been able to do before, with me not there, I don't know, LOL.
