I love the Oceanside Curves. I've been going for almost three years now and the program has benefited me in so many ways. Using the machines gives my whole body a good workout. I stand straighter, I walk faster, and I experience greater strength in my everyday tasks. The camaraderie with the other women makes the half hour go by quickly. Thank you Leslie and Laurie.
curves has been a great help to me and the people that go there are so friendly . It ia a lot of fun and good for my health too. I do enjoy the experience and the people that are there. Hope to continue going for a long time
I am so very excited with my adventure with curves. Its a great workout and the fact that im seeing results isn't bad either! It doesn't take long, the ladies are so nice and supportive. I know ill reach my goal. Keep focused and see the end in site!
