I love the staff, the programs and the wonderful environment created by all the women dedicated to being healthy and creating an awesome tribe of powerfully strong women. Specifically over the past 2-3 years I have lost 28 pounds and toned my body and strength to keep me energetic and vibrant. Consistency, friendship and great support is what keeps me Curves strong in body,mind and spirit.
