Just joined and glad i did. I went two days in a row and feeling the pain. Great easy workout for women. Coaches Cindy and Connie are awesome and very helpful! They made it fun!
Great group of ladies to work out with, the ladies that work there are always pleasant, helpful and very willing to help you workout, come in and join
