It's so much fun when you workout with a friend or who's ever there.we Always somewhat meet and great.either way you're doing something for yourself.when you workout on any given day it make you feel so much better,your self esteem.
Just enough exercise without over doing it. 1/2 hour and your are done or you can go less or more.
