Diane & her staff are so gracious & patient ! Their support & knowledge make getting stronger & healthier fun & rewarding. My favorite Curves poster says "Every 30 minutes another woman leaves Curves stronger than when she came in" !

Owner Diane is the sweetest woman! Instructors are friendly but don't bother you if you just want to exercise. The location is clean, cool, and never smells like a gym!
