I joined Curves about 2 months ago after a very tramatic happening in my life. Not only have I lost 5 inches within the first month, but my mental, as well as physical, well-being has helped take care of a very positive attitude for me. I have so much more energy and look forward to my workouts. Pam and Kelly certainly help keep us all motivated. Love my Curves!!
