First of all, Curves is a great way to workout....doing exercises to music is always fun!! This Curves location in Buford is such a clean, helpful, and very friendly place. The staff help you to learn how to do the machines and get the most out of them. They encourage you during the circuit and after, too. Recently for me, "life" took over, and I had to miss a couple of months of Curves (sadly). Love this place. Everyone is encouraging and helpful.
This is one of the nicest Curves around. The facility is very eye appealing and clean and the machines are new and well tended to. The staff and members are super friendly, too! I highly recommend this location!
Curves of Buford/Flowery Branch is a great place to go exercise. Great staff and environment. You should try it out.
