The trainers are awesome!! I love the quick 30 minute workout and the friendly atmosphere! Something about the structure of the equipment being in a circle & a timer keeping you on each machine for about 30 seconds is the structure I never knew I needed... I almost gave up on working out because of severe back pain from a car accident but then I tried curves! The workout/training is gentle enough on my back yet intense enough to see and feel results! I no longer dread my workout and I feel so energetic when I leave!
I have attended CURVES classes from their beginning, in PA and MD, and most recently in Wilmington NC. Wilmington NC CURVES is by far my favorite. I have enjoyed the knowledgeable staff, personal attention and fun! I have even made a few friends there! Love, Love, Love CURVES Wilmington NC!!!!
