Every time I step into the facility, I am impressed by the care and interest both Angelina and her staff take in her clients. I have been with Curves Westwood for almost 2 years now and it has changed my life and my attitude about diet & exercise. I am on the Complete program and it gives me great tools, including the website, for how to lose weight sensibly and effectively. I have lost over 40 pounds through Curves and would highly recommend it.
