Curves is my early morning HAPPY PLACE 5 days a week.
I always get a good workout. I also enjoy the many class options. The eastside location is also very community conscious. Definitely worth a try if you want to work out with other women.
A full body workout in 30 minutes! Can't beat that!!!
Love curves. The classes are very helpful in staying fit. The nice thing about curves is that even when you don't feel really strong, you can still manage a modified strength building routine. It is a very supportive environment.
I'll celebrate 10 years as a Curves member this week. One of the best things I've ever done for myself, and I recommend it to any woman who believes "keeping moving" is the secret to a healthier life.
