Love my Curves! After sitting on my couch for oh-so-many years, I would never have stuck with a workout routine that was not fun, effective, and convenient. I know that in just 30 minutes, I can have a total body workout w/ strength and resistance and cardio. Three times a week does it! I've been at it a year and a half and feel so much better in the long term and also every time I workout. Thanks, Curves! Staff is friendly and helpful, place is clean, temperature well-regulated, and the music keeps me going.
