History Established in 2001. We are a locally owned and operated family franchise business. Our first location opened in January of 1999 at Powers and Constitution. Our second location opened in September of 1999 in Security. This location is our third and opened after Jayme, one of the owners, had lost over 70 pounds and decided to become a full time owner and operator of this franchise.
