Only fitness and meal planning program that I have lost weight on and kept it off. That I can fit in my schedule. It has been a part of my routine for over 10 years. It continues to come up with new and exciting exercise programs that keeps me motivated.
Independence Curves is very opening and inviting! The coaches are so knowledgeable and so happy to help and push you to the limits so you can achieve your goals! They offer many classes, it's hard to choose one some days! Keep up the great work girls!
