I joined Curves to lose weight for my daughters wedding. It was a easy to follow and I had made my goal by following the menu plan and doing the Circuit with Jillian Michaels. I took my dress size from a 12 to a 8. I feel great! I look forward to my workouts now. Thank You for being there for me and encouraging me Coralville Curves!
Coralville Curves is by far the best Curves ever! Thanks so much for the great workouts I had for the last couple of weeks. I just wish I lived there so I could go all the time - I'd be a lot skinnier!!!
