Fun Fast and Friendly The staff at this Curves location make it so much fun to go work out. Everyone is friendly, talks to you, and is so helpful. Peggy does a wonderful job of running her business. Their hours are great too! PROS: Clean, great hours CONS:
enjoy working out here! This Curves is well-run and clean. I like that you can get cardio and work all muscle groups in 1/2 hour. I have no excuse not to work out anymore! I checked out some of the other local Curves and this was definitely the best. PROS: fast paced, fun CONS: don't love the music
Nice women, nice work out This location is really clean compared to most other Curves in the Los Angeles area. Out of all the other Curves I checked out, I liked the people here the most. It's almost like the great staff reflect on the type of clients they attract. The women who come here are very friendly and nice. I enjoy working out here.
Curves offers friendship and motivation Curves is a gym just for women which offers a set program for everyone. The use a system where everyone is in a circle working out together on the equipment. Curves I have tried Curves in several locations. It was not for me. If you are an older individual or suffer from obesity and need a place to start out small, this place is for you. There is barely any weight resistance and hardly any cardio. It also is only a 30 minute routine.
Curves not best exercise program I was a member for a year until I had to have shoulder surgery. Staff was friendly but wish all had some sort of formal fitness training. Hours were minimum in afternoon-evening-made it hard to go after work.I did not go back as types of exercises would aggravate shoulder.

WOW!! The NEW location is a must see!! It is the best $11 a week you can invest in yourself--you are worth it! I have been a member for a year now and have lost over 80 pounds! In the past year I have visited 8 other curves facilities around the country, Curves Blue Island is by far the BEST around! Thank you to Kim Rudd who keeps the club shining with inspiration and the latest and greatest equipment! Just join!! You have nothing to lose but inches!!
