showed up for my appointment on time - nobody to be found in sight. start texting/calling the owner and she ignores my calls. finally responds to a text 15 mins later saying she has an emergency. if you have an emergency, tell someone BEFORE their appointment. offers to help me reschedule to later but doesn’t provide options. i just asked for my deposit back and she gave it to me and offered a free session. not taking her up on that given my extremely wasteful experience driving 1 hour to get here and NO ONE even shows up. m... read more
