Cute apartments, had a few issues though This was my first apartment, I moved in with a roommate. The apartment itself was not cleaned when we moved in but it wasn't too big a deal because we wanted to clean it ourselves which we did. It was a cute apartment, decent size and an amazing price for a 2 bedroom. But the quality of the material they used wasn't the greatest. No AC in the Summer I’ve lived at The Curve for a year now and the move in process was horrible. The apartment was not move in ready, nor were we able to pick up our apartment keys at the discussed time. The maintenance staff does not check the online portal to aid in residents requests and you have to either go to the office (and hope you catch their one leasing agent) or hope you run into a maintenance man on the premises to inform them of your issue. You pay a lot for a horrible service When you get it all is very nice inside, but the reality is another, my roof was mold but they only fixed it when it was almost over the year and I was about seven months like that, the bathroom water was leaking into the bedroom and never fixed it (at least I moved out and they didn't do it while I was there), and so I had breaking problems, they go into your house and check if everything works well, but they never fix what's wrong. We love this place We have lived here almost 2years. Its perfect for small families and collage students not far from everything. Fast food, Walmart, HEB, TSU lots of fun night life down town on the squar. Public transportation too!! The river is across the street!!!! And this place has free kayaks!! Its a nice quiet community. Dont move here The office staff is horrible, water is constantly being shut off for maintenance. Even though they are remodeled almost everything breaks or was done incorrectly during remodeling (plumbing and electrical). It is also very dangerous. Countless drug deals, car break ins and even home invasions. I lived her 2 years and it was a huge mistake.

Great, low key apartments. Awesome management! I’ve had very few issues but when I do they fix them right away. Even helped me get my cat out the tree! Would definitely re-sign here

Nice and Homey The office managers a great and, friendly. They always try to take care of things as fast as they can. The pool is always kept clean, as well as the fitness center. The parking lot was redone not long ago, and it has a nice slick look, all and all a great little place.

Worst maintenance ever They have left a leaking window above a electrical outlet be for over 2 months. Socket is even sparking when it rains and they don’t care.

New in town I love the office manager Tori. We are new to town and she has been so kind and helpful. Always tries to take care of things as fast as she can!! The homes are nice grounds are kept clean. Free kayaks to use Rivers about a block away it's pretty centrally located close to all kinds of restaurants then the outlet malls not too far!!
