RecommendedI found them searching for a shop to service my daughters 2012 Prius, most wont touch hybrids, and the dealer is too expensive. It is a clean and professional shop. They gave the car a thorough check and did not try to sell expensive work it didn't need. I will call them next time it needs service.
We always check in with Curt’s whenever we have a concern about the mechanical needs of our 2008Sebring convertible. They never fail to do an excellent job at a fair price.

They know what they're doing. Have used them for 30 years
They were very thorough and respectful. They were able to lend me a car, since mine was not ready the day I brought it in. I do not know if they were the cheapest around, since I was in no position to shop around, but mt repairs were very extensive. I know the shop had been around a long time and I feel confident with the job they did.

1.) They told me that they will use Amsoil however I saw them putting Valvoline. They denied the fact that I saw them doing as both funnel and container were red in color and V mark was written on it. 2.) 16 point inspection report was not shared and neither mentioned. 3.) Before resetting the odometer for next due service, they told me synthetic is good for 7 to 8K miles however odometer was reset to 10k miles.
I have used Curts for a while now and I have extreme faith in the quality and honesty of their service. This most recent visit, I totally understand that they could not perform the service due to a lack of actual diagnositc proofs. The car was kept over night for two days just to be thorough, which I appreciate. However, I had requested a simple front end lube which was not performed and when I picked up the car, two other service recommendations were made, which could have been performed, I certainly would have approved the... read more
