OK, so my gripe isn’t with the dealership they seem friendly and reputable. Started out with service department, which was solid. I went to explore trade in for my lease towards another one. Started with Alexa she was great, and then she passed me to Perry who seemed friendly enough. My problem is with the deal I was offered. Now I know I don’t HAVE to buy the car and what they offer is their prerogative. They had a demo Accord Touring that the manager was using that had 5000 miles on it. Fair price for an oil change for a dealership. Nice people all around. My car still did not pair correctly to my phone but that's an extra charge to diagnose. Clean dealership with easy access to Rt 8.
