Great knives and amazing customer service! I had purchased an F3LT on the second hand market and the knife was in great shape but just had a few issues I wanted fixed. Reached out to Dave through there webpage chat and was told to send it in. Came back a few weeks later PERFECT. At no cost. That my friends is the definition of Customer Service. A+++

Update: 3/31/2024 - still have not received order, zero communication. Review as of 3/9/2024 - It's hard to know good or bad yet. Let me explain. Ordered last week of December 2023 with lead time of 3-6 weeks. Was told in the middle of February 2024 it was "coming for final assembly this week". As of today, 3-9-2024, still nothing. When we ordered it said 3-6 weeks. Checked a few days later and it said 6-8 weeks. Okay that's understandable as they're a family-ran business and presumably got a large influx of orders. Bought an older F3 medium model that had some issues, sent it in and got it back with all the issues fixed! Great customer service! Would definitely recommend and would buy from them again.
