W.Folobi is a great provider.She really cares about her patients.She does not mind picking up the phone to call her patients.
I am a person who takes insulin. Don't rely on these people or you will end up hospitalized. The staff is so rude and disrespectful. I was trying to explain to the pharmacist about what was going on as far as my insulin. This idiot had the nerve to say I don't have time to explain how things work in this place. Now what type of mess is that!

Horrible horrible place. Went to try and get a referral to a neurosurgeon and steroids to help relieve a pinched nerve due to a bulging disc. The so called "doctor" accused me of going to several places trying to get narcotics. I went to urgent care 2 days ago, couldn't afford the $200 they wanted, so I went and got treated at the ER. I had paperwork from the ER confirming the bulging disc issue and need for a referral, but the "doctor" didn't care. He just assumed I wanted pills. Beware receiving medical care at the East Broad St location. Got copies of my medical records and found out the nurses were falsifying the information in my charts stating that exams were performed on me that were never done. Tried to resolve the issue with the administration but received no response.
The people was very nice like always! Dr. Webb was awesome as well. I was in there and out there. Thank you for being friendly!
