I’ve had chairs there since April and they seeming don’t understand the word “flush” when it comes to having a cushion match the front of an upholstered chair exactly like the couch on their home web page. Further the man took aggressive stances, called me a liar and said I used terms I don’t even know as I’m not an upholster. RecommendedWe had two cushions with tears in them. They did amazing work matching fabric color and the stitching, with higher quality material as well. Very happy with the turn around time and price.. Highly recommended.
Loved working with Curtis Upholstery on the custom cushion they made for the window seat we had built in our new home. Even when a misunderstanding occurred with the zipper placement on the cushion (which arguably could have been attributed to either of us) and it wasn't known until after we brought it home, they apologized and immediately fixed it, taking it apart and redoing it within an hour and a half so that I didn't have to make another trip down to pick it up later.
