I had a little issue which was my fault. I called my guy at Curtis, Brent who made some suggestions (on his day off!) then he helped me connect to Service who solved it in ten minutes! I live 500 miles from Portland so could not take it in. Curtis has the best people.
We purchased our trailer 2020. Our trailer had damaged dinette table top. Curtis ordered new from keystone they replaced. We did not use our trailer in 2020 because cov. shut everything down. We tried to make dinette into bed in 2021 and realized that Curtis had put wrong sized table top and we could not make into bed. We contacted Curtis they refused to replace said that it was no longer under warranty even though they had installed incorrect table top.
