Very nice and helpful
Dr. Riffle is what a doctor should be, kind, empathetic has great bed side manners, and personable. One of The BEST doctors I have had at UH. I highly recommend him. I have been seeing him for over a year now and he is always the kindest doctor ever
From the three visits I had with Dr. Riffle, he seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk and billing staff were not the same. Expect surprise bills in the mail and zero transparency, regardless of the questions you ask up front. Lots of “I don’t know” and “I’m not sure” When I asked Eileen (billing) why she’s not clearer about costs when asked, her response was “Well that would scare away patients.” Not exactly what someone in the medical profession should be saying to a patient. Dr Riffle helped my pain in my back and neck with manipulation and with acupuncture. He and the staff were always kind and very professional. I recommend him!!
