I love Dr Otto's office and my son has been going to Dr Otto since he was born no matter where I moved to I'd never want to lose him as a doctor provider. His office is always very friendly and there was a time where I missed a few visits when they sent me a letter saying if I miss another visit they would take me off and I walked in there and I apologize to them and told him how I did not want to lose your service there and I make sure I make it to my appointments on time ever since.
