I have worked there for three years. Let me say if you are interested in working there, DON’T!! To start the facility is filthy. They operate their machines with broken RTO’s! Which means there’s dangerous fumes coming off the belts of the machines! The bathrooms always had plumbing issues ! The HR manager Tobi is by far the worst and most unprofessional I have encountered! For instance there was an employee who hit another employee with her car! Because she was late for work. Just left working for this place, did 8 months straight prison time! Can't touch your phone, they watching. For Christmas we got a $50 gift visa, thanks giving, same $50 Meijer gift card. Hardly any holidays recognized. Free pizza slim after 100 days of no injuries on the job. This place is done and it just sold to the Italians.
