Most unprofessional people. I highly suggest finding a different management company, this one has one interest and that is filling up their own pocket books. They have zero knowledge when it comes to real estate or how to manage communities. They will keep raising rates with minimal improvements on the property. They are down right rude people who are not worth dealing with at all.
