If you are a veteran and suffer from PTSD DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT live at any property that is run by this HOA. They do not care. I live in quail ridge where the gardening starts at 730 in the morning. I have to get up and close all my window to keep the cancerous exhaust from filling my house. We live in a condo development, and our HOA hired Curtis Management a few years ago. What a BIG improvement over our past few management companies! Their subs are professional and thorough, the staff is professional and responsive and knowledgeable, unlike prior companies we had.
No stars I have been waiting for someone to pick up for 30 minutes- nothing! What’s more setting up autopay is unnecessarily complicated. All I want to do is pay my bill!!!
