Sent my skid steer back twice with no gear oil. Most recent 4k bill came back with no hydrostatic / hydraulic fluid. Spoke to service manager Lou after speaking to Robert, who said he wasn't available and out on the yard, except that when I said my name, he was on the phone in 2 seconds because he was actually sitting there the whole time and was obviously avoiding service calls. Great place people there are very helpful and prices are good plenty of equipment to buy or rent the gen manger is very hands on and knowing
